These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Signs NYC website and the purchase of our products and services. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once you approve a written quote and digital proof and any required deposit is received.
2. Artwork & Proofs
You are responsible for the accuracy of artwork, spelling, colours and dimensions you approve. We produce signs based on the approved proof and are not liable for errors contained in approved artwork.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may require a deposit before production. Final balances are due as stated on your invoice. Custom items are non-refundable once production has begun.
4. Production & Delivery
Lead times are estimates and may vary with materials, complexity and installation scheduling. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Installation
Where installation is included, you are responsible for ensuring safe site access and confirming wall suitability and any required permissions. Permit fees, where applicable, are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranty
Our signage is covered by a workmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, alterations or normal wear.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your logos and trademarks. Website content, designs and photography remain the property of Signs NYC and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site and any new orders.
